Privacy Notice
How Brief & Branch handles business-contact and project information submitted through this website.
Effective: 21 August 2026 · Notice version: privacy-v1.0-2026-08-21
Who controls the information
The Kreamlab Trading Corp., operator of the Brief & Branch program, controls personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@briefandbranch.com, raised by phone at +63 917 149 7746, or mailed to 244 5th Avenue, East Grace Park, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
What we collect
This is a business lead-generation website. It has no online store, checkout or customer-account system. When you submit a form, we collect the business contact and project details requested there, including company and contact details, operating scale, ingredient-format interest, commercial forecasts, packaging requirements, timing and decision readiness. We may also record the landing page, referring website and campaign parameters associated with the visit.
Do not submit confidential formulas, recipes, artwork files or trade secrets through a public form. Qualified projects receive a separate secure route after the appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.
Why we use the information
- Commercial-fit review: to assess whether an enquiry matches the program’s operating, volume and readiness criteria.
- Communication and administration: to respond, route the enquiry internally, prevent duplicate submissions and coordinate agreed next steps.
- Measurement: to understand website use and improve the assessment journey. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, submission references or free-text answers.
- Optional resources: to send relevant business materials only when the separate marketing option is selected. That permission may be withdrawn at any time.
Lawful basis
Form information is processed with the consent recorded at submission and for the legitimate commercial purpose of evaluating and responding to a business enquiry. Where a project proceeds, information may also be processed as necessary to prepare or perform a contract and to meet legal obligations. Processing is intended to follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.
Where submissions go
Fit Assessment and ingredient-enquiry records are written to a restricted Google Workspace spreadsheet and an internal notification is sent to the Brief & Branch commercial mailbox. Authorized Kreamlab personnel use those records for review and follow-up. Google provides the hosted workspace services. Website infrastructure and consent-management providers process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the site.
Analytics and cookies
The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for consented measurement, and CookieYes to record and communicate cookie choices. Non-essential analytics storage is intended to remain denied until Analytics consent is granted. The current technologies and cookie categories are described in the Cookie Policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to authorized personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, consent management, email and project administration; to an approved manufacturing partner when necessary for a qualified project’s technical or commercial review; or where disclosure is required by law. Contact details are not provided to a manufacturing partner for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become active commercial projects are reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected to an active or completed project are retained for the engagement and then for the period reasonably required for contractual, accounting, tax, dispute and regulatory obligations. Consent records and limited security logs may be retained as evidence of compliance. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or ask about the way it is handled. Contact us using the details above. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request. Concerns may also be raised with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Updates
Material changes will be dated on this page. The notice version recorded with a form submission identifies the wording that applied at that time.
