The terms that govern use of the Brief & Branch website and its business-enquiry forms.

About this website
This website describes the Brief & Branch private-label food and beverage ingredient program operated by The Kreamlab Trading Corp. It is intended for business operators assessing a possible private-label or customized ingredient project. It is not an online store, and no product can be ordered or purchased through it.
No offer, quotation or guaranteed qualification
Program descriptions, qualification thresholds, stages, formats and application examples are general planning information. A form submission is an enquiry only. It does not create a quotation, contract, reservation of capacity, promise of qualification, production guarantee, final minimum order quantity, price or lead time. Commercial commitments exist only in a written agreement accepted by the authorized parties.
Volume screening
The website’s 500 kg powder and 500 L syrup figures are commercial screening benchmarks applied per flavor and intended production order. They are not universal factory minimums or a guarantee that a particular project is technically or commercially viable. Final quantities depend on formulation, ingredients, packaging, documentation, scheduling and the written commercial review.
Your submissions
Information submitted through a form must be accurate, relate to a genuine business enquiry and be provided by someone authorized to act for the named organization. Do not submit confidential formulas, recipes, artwork files, credentials or trade secrets through a public form. Qualified projects receive an approved secure route after the appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.
We may reject, defer or deprioritize incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, duplicate or out-of-scope enquiries. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Notice.
Illustrations and previews
Packaging mockups, uploaded-logo previews, example applications and other visuals are illustrative. They are not approved artwork, regulatory review, packaging specification or evidence that a particular ingredient, claim or brand treatment is available. The user is responsible for having rights to any logo uploaded for an in-browser preview.
Intellectual property
Website content and the Brief & Branch name and visual materials belong to the operator or their respective licensors. You may view the site and share links for legitimate evaluation. Except where law permits, you may not republish, commercially exploit, misrepresent or adapt the site content without written permission. Rights in a client’s formula, branding, specifications and project outputs are agreement-specific and are not determined by these website terms.
Acceptable use
You must not disrupt, probe, overload or attempt unauthorized access to the website; submit malicious code; scrape personal information; attempt to access another user’s submission; bypass qualification or consent controls; or misrepresent identity, authority or commercial evidence.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Kreamlab Trading Corp. is not liable for decisions made solely from general website information, temporary unavailability, or indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Philippine law. Subject to any mandatory law or agreed dispute process in a later contract, disputes concerning website use are submitted to the proper courts of Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
