Commercial Program Entry

Check commercial fit for a 500 kg / 500 L program

This assessment is for operating food and beverage businesses planning at least 500 kg of powder per flavor or 500 L of syrup per flavor, per production order—or able to support a dated near-term path with current operating evidence.

Seven focused steps cover your company, operating footprint, per-flavor volumes, packaging, cost, timing and decision team. Pre-launch concepts are not eligible. Every question is commercial; nothing here asks for a recipe or confidential document.

Commercial screen: each flavor is reviewed separately. The 500 kg / 500 L figure is a buyer-fit screen, not a universal factory MOQ, quotation, production commitment or guarantee of acceptance. Final viable quantity depends on formula, packaging, sourcing, documentation and production review.

Start the 7-step assessment

Supplied product: a dry powder or liquid syrup ingredient. Your team prepares the finished beverage, frozen dessert or baked item—we do not sell finished products.

This assessment covers powder and syrup ingredients supplied to food and beverage operators for branch preparation. It does not request an order for a finished drink or ice-cream product. Please provide commercial information only; do not upload a confidential formula here.

Useful to have ready: current operating evidence, powder quantities in kilograms per flavor, syrup quantities in liters per flavor, reorder forecasts, packaging preferences, budget readiness, a target launch date and named decision owners.

Before You Submit

Two answers most applicants want first

What happens after I submit?

The commercial review team screens each submission for volume, packaging, forecast and timing fit. You then receive an email with one of three outcomes: an invitation to proceed to a mutual NDA and product brief, a request for clarification, or a clear explanation that the project is not a current fit. Screening is a commercial review, not a technical evaluation; sampling and specification work begin only after the NDA stage.

How is my information handled?

Your answers are recorded in the Fit Assessment response sheet and included in an internal notification email for commercial review only. Entered values are not sent to general analytics, and this form never collects formulas, artwork files or confidential technical documents. Confidential material moves only through an approved secure route after qualification. Consent is recorded with the notice version in effect; see the Privacy Notice for details.
