Cookie Policy

How Brief & Branch uses browser storage, consent controls and measurement technologies.

Effective: 21 August 2026

How consent works

CookieYes displays the consent controls and records the categories you choose. Necessary technologies may operate without optional consent because they support security, network delivery and the consent mechanism itself. Analytics storage is intended to remain denied until you select the Analytics category. You can change or withdraw a choice at any time through the cookie-settings control shown on the website.

Necessary

These technologies support core site delivery, security and storage of your consent preference. Disabling them in the browser may prevent parts of the website or consent controls from working correctly.

Analytics

With Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and produce aggregated reports. Google Tag Manager delivers approved measurement tags but is not itself a reporting database. Fit Assessment analytics are designed to record only non-personal journey information such as form version, step number, selected ingredient family and validation-error category. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, submission references and free-text answers must not be sent to analytics.

Advertising

No advertising campaign is currently being run from this setup and no Google Ads conversion tag is currently treated as a separate browser-side lead source. If advertising technologies are added, they will be reviewed and categorized before use, and this policy and the CookieYes inventory will be updated. Advertising storage must remain subject to the relevant consent choice.

Form storage

The Fit Assessment may use session storage to preserve a temporary submission reference during the active browser session and to prevent duplicate analytics events. That reference is used for submission reliability and is not sent as an analytics parameter.

Current inventory

The CookieYes scanner maintains the operational cookie inventory presented through the consent interface. The most recent scan should be rerun after any tag or website release because third-party names and durations can change. The categories and descriptions shown in the consent interface form part of this policy.

Managing cookies

Use the website’s cookie-settings control to review or change optional categories. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser, although this may remove a saved consent choice or affect site functions.

Contact and updates
